Yes, I’ll admit.  I owned this game when I was a wee lad.  While I had to refresh my memory with the below video, I finally did remember this really bad fighting game.

    Unfortunately, Activision couldn’t secure the rights to “The Rocky Horror Picture Show, the Video Game. However this didn’t stop them from ripping off the movie’s classic opening sequence for the box art, albeit with a disgusting, somewhat transgendered twist.
